At Ardor Eyewear, we want you to see the world with confidence; if your new frames aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and authentication tags intact.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the eyewear in its original hard case and microfiber cloth, ensuring everything is securely packed inside the Ardor shipping box.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange frames within 5-7 business days.
